My 5 Step Sequence to Drawing the Line & Taking Steps to Better Health
It’s not a quick journey, but man alive it’s one worth walking!!!
Here is my 5 step sequence to drawing your line in the sand and once and for all taking the reigns on your mindset to conquer your fitness goals:
I see you momma! You’re spinning so many plates and some of them are shattering on the floor; mainly your own personal health plate! I get it. I was there once too. I have a secret to tell you! This journey is SIMPLE! It’s not easy, but man it is so simple even though others may make it seem incredibly hard.
1) Discover your deeply rooted why. You’ve heard it before, ‘your why should make you cry’. But, how in the world do you find that? Why is that even important? We go a step deeper and uncover the why behind the why because that is where the truth lies!
2) GOALLSSSS (said in a soccer announcers voice).You need both short term and long term goals because your brain need instant gratification. Am I right?! Helloooo Amazon Prime! But, we know that nothing on the fitness journey is ‘instant’. We break these down into tiny, delicious, bite sized pieces!
3. Oh my, you’re looking f-i-n-e! Gratitude! It sounds like something super simple, but we will explore finding the happiness in every day so that our mindsets begin to permanently shift. Think your butt is ‘too big’ and could never cross a finish line? I’m going to show you how to give your butt a nice tap and say, ‘hey there sister! I see you and you are strong and lookin’ just peachy!’
4. Race horse style, we learn to put those blinders on! Comparison is the thief of joy. Period.
5. And finally…the 85% Do you know what that is? It’s the butt of the bread loaf to wrap it all up; going for it. Changing your mind. Delving into nutrition. Drawing the line.
